    Greenwich Parks and Recreation is happy to announce its 3rd Annual Holiday Photo Contest to kick of the holiday season. We are seeking submissions showing your favorite part of the holidays in Greenwich.  The contest will run from December 1-15, 2023, entries must be submitted by December 15 to be eligible for a prize.   The winner will be announced December 21.  Please, only one entry per family. 


    Participants must be 18 years or older. Parents/guardians may submit photos taken by minors under 18. Employees and family members of the Greenwich Parks and Recreation Department are not eligible to participate.


    Parks and Recreation reserves the right to use program or event photographs including participants in official Town of Greenwich media (website, newsletter, flyers and advertisements, Facebook, Twitter and/or Instagram). Please contact the Recreation Office if you object to the use of photographs of you or your child(ren) in Town media.

  3. Photo Requirements
    • Photos must be taken in Greenwich, CT and are encouraged to include Parks and Recreation facilities, programs or events.
    •  Photos should be high quality originals, free of any filters or copyright infringements and include the right to distribute without restriction secured.
    • A maximum of 1 photo may be submitted per entrant via an attachment to this form.  All entries must be received by December 15. NO late entries will be accepted.
    • Digital photos must be in .jpg, .jpeg or .png format and must be a maximum of 20 MB.  
  4. Electronic Signature Agreement*

    By checking the "I agree" box below, you agree that you have fully read and understand the photo requirements as presented by the Greenwich Department of Parks and Recreation for the photo contest  and acknowledge that 1) your application will not be signed in the sense of a traditional paper document, 2) by signing in this alternate manner, you authorize your electronic signature to be valid and binding upon you to the same force and effect as a handwritten signature.
