The pistol permit application is available online at State Pistol Permit Application. The pistol permit application for the Town of Greenwich can also be obtained at General Services Division located at Police Department Headquarters during normal business hours.
Tours can be arranged by contacting the Sergeant John Thorme at 203-622-3660.
Guest speakers can be arranged by contacting Sergeant John Thorme at 203-622-3660 who will assign a speaker to address your particular topic of interest.
Copies of reports are available from the General Services Division located on the first floor of the Public Safety Complex. It is recommended you call 203-622-8024 to determine if the report you want is available. Normal processing time for an accident report requires five business days from the date of the accident. Incident reports must be requested in writing and are processed in four business days from receipt of your request. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.

Due to COVID-19, fingerprinting services are conducted by appointment only. The services are offered solely to Greenwich residents or employees of businesses located in Greenwich.
Charge for fingerprinting service is $10 per card. If you do not have a fingerprint card, cards may be purchased for an additional $5.00 per card when you check in for your appointment.
