Please note that item 5 is the referral of the MI on the Eastern Greenwich Civic Center. It was referred to the RTM by seven individual property owners in Greenwich. Despite statements that have been made to some of our committees and districts that the referral would be withdrawn, no such withdrawal has been received by the Town Clerk as of January 16, and item 5 will come before us tomorrow night as presently situated. In order that there be an effective withdrawal, all seven individuals would need to file the appropriate paperwork, as determined by our Law Department.
