The Strategic Targeted Outreach Program (S.T.O.P.) was created by the Department of Homeland Security to help citizens recognize the signs of COVID-19 related fraud. The informational flyer contains Red Flags to be on the lookout for when shopping online, using financial information or services and buying pharmaceuticals or medical devices, as well as the steps on who to report the crime to.
