Click here for the October Draft of the POCD

Click on the link to view the updated draft of the Plan of Conservation and Development (POCD), dated Oct. 22, 2019. The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, Nov. 12 at 7 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room at Town Hall, to open and discuss this draft document. We are still aiming for the December RTM meeting.

This updated version of the draft POCD incorporates the excellent feedback we received from the community since we shared our first draft in August. Primary changes to the Plan are in the Implementation Section, where we defined a more clear approach to how implementation will work. Please send any comments to

Hard copies are available for pickup at the Planning and Zoning office.

We are extremely pleased to present to you the draft vision for Greenwich 2030.
