[ARCHIVED] Proposed Redevelopment of the Greenwich Train Station and surrounding area

Greenwich Plaza is proposing a redevelopment of the Greenwich Train Station and surrounding area. The applications include: two (2) preliminary site plan and special permit applications; and text amendments to the Town of Greenwich’s Building Zone Regulations. The following link is a detailed narrative, from the applicant, that explains their initial proposal to the Planning and Zoning Commission. Subsequently, the applicant has responded to comments and amended their proposal in September. The following link is the revised detailed narrative, from the applicant, that explains their proposal going forward to the Planning and Zoning Commission as of October 15, 2019.


These applications are public record and available for review and copying Mon. – Fri. from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Planning and Zoning office on the 2nd floor of Town Hall.
