Click on the link to the draft Plan of Conservation and Development (POCD), our vision for Greenwich 2030. For upcoming events and additional information please click here. This is a vision for a better Greenwich, as articulated by our residents, and the basis for this plan. A better Greenwich is one where our property values increase; our children, parents, and workforce have affordable housing options; and our shared commercial and recreational spaces are inviting, safe, connected, accessible, and active. It is where services and amenities are promoted and add value, where opportunities and challenges brought on by growth, climate change, and advances in technology showcase Greenwich as a world class Town prepared to meet the emerging needs of the 21st century. It is where our rich heritage, natural landscape, and topographic diversity are protected. A better Greenwich confirms our reputation as a sustainable, sought after, model community.

Hard copies are available for pickup at the Planning and Zoning office.

We are extremely pleased to present to you the draft vision for Greenwich 2030.
