Greenwich American, Inc., owner of property located at One American Lane, also known as Greenwich American Center, Greenwich, in the BEX-50 Zone has proposed a zoning text amendment, PLPZ 2018 00599, pursuant to Section 8-3 of the Connecticut General Statutes and Section 6-22 of the Town of Greenwich Building Zone Regulations, to Amend: Section 6-2 CLASSES OF ZONES; Section 6-5 DEFINITIONS, Subsection (a) (19.2); and certain subsections of Section 6-108 USE REGULATIONS FOR BEX-50 ZONE, to delete the defined use of "Executive Offices," and all references thereto, and amend to allow "Office Uses," as defined in BZR Section 6-5(a) (38.2), as permitted uses in the BEX-50 Zone.
