FY2024 ARPA Community Partnership Request for Proposal Now Available – April 10, 2023
GDHS requested ARPA funds from the Town of Greenwich in order to collaborate with community partners to meet the behavioral health needs of Greenwich residents that were exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic. GDHS was awarded $260,000 for this purpose. For FY2024, GDHS will allocate $35,000 for mental health-related initiatives and $35,000 for substance use-related initiatives.
The applicant organizations must have a history of providing mental health and/or substance use services. The organizations must propose programs/services that positively impact outcomes for Greenwich residents.
Prior to completing the application, we ask that you review it and its instructions carefully. Each agency must adhere to the application requirements. GDHS will not review incomplete or late submissions.
