National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week (NPSTW) is an opportunity to thank the dedicated professionals across the 9-1-1 community on the front lines of emergencies every day.
The Town pf Greenwich 911 professionals continue to rise to the challenge to carry out their life saving mission. Every day and for every emergency, Our public safety telecommunicators are required to be detail oriented as they gather essential information to determine a situation’s severity in record time. Their leadership ensures information is dispatched to the appropriate emergency response agency, as well as giving life-saving instructions to callers who are in need of help in medical emergencies.
