The Greenwich Police Department's popular community program was back in April 2023.
Join us and learn proven techniques and bolster your confidence in self-defense situations. This course is great for high school and incoming college students to learn situational awareness. All classes are taught by certified police instructors and held at Greenwich Police Department Headquarters.
- Any Greenwich resident or person employed in Greenwich may apply.
- The seminar for women ages 18 and up is on Saturday, April 15th, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
- The seminar for high school and college students ages 16 to 21 is Saturday, April 22nd, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
- The class size for either seminar is limited to 16 participants.
The seminar fee is $40.00, which includes a class completion certificate and T-shirt; for questions regarding the registration, contact Greenwich Police Department Program Coordinator Julia Blight for more information.
