PROCLAMATION from Fred Camillo, First Selectman
WHEREAS, Gifford D. Reed (Giff) has served as a member of the Greenwich Lions Club for more than 60 years; and
WHEREAS, Giff Reed has been an extraordinary Lion serving our community with unswerving dedication and grace; and
WHEREAS, The Greenwich Lions Club is very proud to present Giff with a Lifetime Membership in the International Association of Lions Clubs.
NOW, THEREFORE, l, FRED CAMILLO, FIRST SELECTMAN OF THE TOWN OF GREENWICH, do
