Help us document the next King Tide in Greenwich, CT!
As a coastal town, floods have always been a part of Greenwich's history. This weekend, we will see higher than normal high tides during the upcoming new moon phase.
We are asking citizens and neighbors of the Town of Greenwich to help us monitor local flooding events by taking photographs and uploading them through the MyCoast app.
How?
- Get outside and take photos of a coastal flooding event.
- Download the free MyCoast app and create an account
- Press the yellow "+Add Report" button
- Select "Coastal Flooding" report type
- Follow instructions on screen
When are the next high tide events?
- December 4 @ 10:40 a.m.
- December 5 @ 11:32 a.m.
- December 6 @ 12:26 p.m.
