[ARCHIVED] Greenwich Department of Health Moderna Booster Vaccination Clinic Information

The Greenwich Department of Health will be hosting Moderna Booster Vaccination Clinics on November 10, 2021 and November 17, 2021 from 1-4 pm in the Lower Level of Town Hall. 


Currently, boosters have been approved for individuals that completed their initial series at least 6 months ago for Moderna or Pfizer and 2 months ago for Johnson & Johnson and meet at least one of the following criteria:

  1. Individuals age 65 of age and older;
  2. Individuals age 18 years of age or older who live in long-term care settings;
  3. Individuals age 18 years of age or older who have under-lying medical conditions;
  4. Individuals age 18 years of age or older who live or work in high-risk settings.
