[ARCHIVED] International Coastal Cleanup & Environmental Fair



Greenwich Green & Clean, in partnership with Skip the Straw Greenwich, is sponsoring the International Coastal Cleanup (ICC) and Environmental Fair on Saturday, September 18 (11 am - 3 pm) at Greenwich Point Park.

To participate:

  • Please register HERE in advance
  • Upon arrival, check in at the registration area across from the first concession stand.
  • It is recommended that participants bring buckets and gloves. 
  • All local and state health and safety Covid-19 protocols must be followed.
  • Certificates are available for community service hours.

About the ICC:

As the world’s largest volunteer effort to clean our waterways, the ICC engages people to remove trash from the beaches and waterways around the globe. Since its beginning, over 16 million volunteers have collected more than 340 million pounds of trash, making the ICC a beacon of hope, leading and inspiring action in support of our oceans.
