[ARCHIVED] Human Services currently accepting applications for Holiday Aid Program

The Greenwich Department of Human Services announces that we are currently accepting applications to participate in our Holiday Aid Program. This program provides donated food baskets or grocery store gift cards or vouchers, redeemable during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. Families with children age 0-14 also receive an invitation to our annual toy distribution. We currently have groups that sponsor Angel Trees for children 0-17, where families can make clothing and sometimes toy requests.

To be eligible for this program you must be a Greenwich resident for 6 months or more and your gross income must not exceed 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines (ie $4,183 for a family of 4, or $2,023 for a single person). The program is dependent on the amount in donations we receive.

If you are interested, please call 203-622-3800 for an intake appointment.
