The Town is now in its third year of partnering with Empower in the provision of administration services for the Defined Benefit (Pension) Plan. In 2019 we conducted a survey to obtain your feedback on your experiences with both Empower and the Town’s Retirement Administrator’s Office. We used that feedback to improve our service to you, our customers. In order to keep current in our service delivery, at this time we would once again like to take the opportunity to obtain your feedback on any recent experience(s) with both Empower and the Town’s Retirement Administrator’s office.
The survey was sent via Survey Monkey to those that have an email address on file and a hard copy was mailed to those that did not have email address on file.
