Parking Services
The Town of Greenwich Department of Parking Services issues parking permits, enforces the Town's Parking Code, and manages the parking program.

Parks & Recreation
The Department of Parks and Recreation consists of four divisions, Recreation, Marine and Facility Operations, Parks and Trees, and the Griffith E. Harris Golf Course.

The Planning and Zoning Department is headed by Patrick LaRow, Director of Planning and Zoning / Zoning Enforcement Coordinator / Town Planner. The Planning and Zoning Department has 12 members.

Probate Court
The Greenwich Probate Court was constituted by the General Assembly on July 4, 1853 and has served the people of Greenwich since that time.

The mission of the Greenwich Public Schools is to educate all students to their highest level of academic potential and to teach them the skills and knowledge to become capable, creative, and responsible members of society.

Public Works
The Department of Public Works (DPW) reports to the First Selectman. It is headed by the Commissioner of Public Works, who is responsible for all matters involved in the construction, development and maintenance of the physical properties of the town, except for the design and maintenance of school property.

Purchasing & Administrative Services
The Purchasing and Administrative Services Department reports to the First Selectman and is responsible for all purchasing and administrative services activities required for Town government.

Risk Management
Risk Management for the Town analyzes exposures to potential losses, tracks trends, and implements programs, training and other strategies to mitigate and/or minimize any financial impact such exposures may cause as potential losses to the Town and Board of Education.

Tax Collector
The Tax Collector office collects real estate, personal property, motor vehicle and sewer assessment tax.

Town Clerk
The Town Clerk's office is the official State recording agency for the Town.

Voter Registration
The Registrars maintain voter registration records and party enrollment records, publish lists of eligible voters, conduct a state-required canvass of all voters, and administer and oversee all elections, primaries and referenda in an accurate and impartial manner. They are also responsible for hiring and training over 200 official poll workers as well as maintaining all voting equipment used for the election.

Wetlands
The inland wetlands and watercourses of the State of Connecticut are an indispensable, irreplaceable, and fragile natural resource with which the citizens of the State have been endowed. The Wetlands Department receives IWWA applications on behalf of the agency and has a professional staff to provide technical guidance and offer constructive problem-solving.
