Food Establishment Applications and Plan Review

Section 4-18 of the Greenwich Municipal Code requires all food establishments to have a license issued by the Director of Health.

New food establishments or changes of ownership must submit a plan review application to the Health Department prior to receiving a license to operate with three sets of building plans and the plan review fee. Fees change every July 1. Checks should be made payable to the Town of Greenwich.
