Boating & Marinas

Marinas & Boat Yard

There are three marinas; Byram, Cos Cob, and Grass Island as well as one boat yard at Greenwich Point. All three marinas and the boat yard have landing floats and launching ramps available to use with a valid Facility Use Permit. These facilities are open April 15 through November 15 each year.

Winter storage is available at all 3 marinas and the boat yard from September 1 through June 15. Email the Marine Division at marine@greenwichct.org or speak to the Dockmaster if you are interested in storing for the winter. Space and vessel size is limited; current boaters have preference.

Services

We provide a host of services which meet the active boater’s needs (verification of residency required). Please be advised that some services have wait lists.
