The Nathaniel Witherell is a Short-term Rehab and Skilled Nursing Center located on 24 rolling acres just 2 miles from downtown Greenwich. The Nathaniel Witherell is owned and operated by the Town of Greenwich. 

The Nathaniel Witherell maintains separate and distinct neighborhoods for short-term rehab, long-term care and specialized dementia care. Witherell promotes "Person Centered Care" which means respecting residents' desires to determine their daily routine including timing of services, menu choices fine dining services, and choosing from a calendar of events.
