Park (Beach) Pass

Resident seasonal Park (Beach) Passes or Single Entry Park (Beach) Passes are required for entry into Town of Greenwich parks and beaches from May 1 through October 31. From November 1 through April 30, no fees will be charged to enter Greenwich Point and Byram Park.

Proof of Greenwich Residency

Proof of Greenwich residency is required once annually for the calendar year, January through December, and is valid for all Parks and Recreation offerings.


Once residency is verified, residents may apply/renew for their Park (Beach) Pass.   

There are three options for residents to submit their Park (Beach) Pass application: online, postal mail, and in-person (dates indicated below).  All submittals are processed in order of receipt.

Beginning May 21 through August 31, 2018, the Town Hall Lobby Park (Beach) Pass Office will be open between the hours of 8:15 a.m. and 3:45 p.m. for submittal of residency documentation as well as Park (Beach) Pass applications.

Senior Residents

Senior Residents are renewed once during an established three-year cycle which will be due for renewal for the 2020 season.

Single Entry Park (Beach) Passes

Provides access for individuals to Greenwich Point, Byram Park, Island Beach and Great Captain Island. 

No refunds will be granted including those for weather related issues.   Passes are only valid for the one season.

Byram Pool

Residents must have a valid Park Pass to enter the pool, no pass required for children 4 years and under. Pool Brochure (PDF).
