Request a Police Report or Record

To obtain a copy of a Police Report, click the link below:

Print out the Police Records Request Form and mail or hand deliver Monday-Friday 8:30AM-4:15PM to the Town of Greenwich Public Safety Complex.

After requesting a record, please allow 10-15 business days for processing. 

Larger requests may take more time to process. You will be notified when your request has been completed, as well as the total amount due. Some records, such as open investigations, may not be releasable. 

REQUESTED REPORTS/RECORDS WILL NOT BE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.  

Fee Schedule for FOIA/Records Requests

  • .50 per page
  • $19.50 per CD/DVD
  • $26.00 per Flash Drive

Requests expected to exceed $25.00 may require prepayment before processing will begin.

Alarm Appeals Board

The Alarm Appeals Board consists of five members, who are available for residents who want to contest a false alarm charge.

Alarm Ordinance Registration is required under the Town of Greenwich Alarm Ordinance which was adopted by the Town in 1980.
