Request a Police Report or Record

Police reports generally will be available within five to seven business days from the date of the incident. 

There are circumstances, such as the investigation being an active investigation or when incidents are complex, that the report's availability will be beyond seven business days.

We provide two options for obtaining a Police Report

Option 1- Please print out the Police Records Request Form and mail or hand deliver  Monday-Friday 09:00AM-4:00PM to the Town of Greenwich Public Safety Complex

Alarm Appeals Board

The Alarm Appeals Board consists of five members, who are available for residents who want to contest a false alarm charge.

Alarm Ordinance

Alarm Ordinance Registration is required under the Town of Greenwich Alarm Ordinance which was adopted by the Town in 1980.

To obtain records from a public agency in Connecticut, you must request them from the agency that has those records.
