The mission of the Administrative Services division is to provide office support services, including mail processing and Front Reception Desk, to Town departments in a timely and cost effective manner.

Mail

The Town Hall Mailroom processes incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and copy paper deliveries for Town departments.

Reception Information Desk

The Front Reception Desk answers telephone calls, greets and directs visitors to the appropriate departments, and provides information about Town government to the public. The Receptionist is also responsible for scheduling conference rooms for external Non-for-Profit groups and maintaining the Town's car-loaner program.

All applications and forms must be completed and notarized where indicated.  A copy of the organization’s 501(c)3 and Certificate of Insurance must be included.  Documents may be notarized at Town Hall.
