The mission of the Administrative Services Center is to provide support services to user Town departments in a timely and cost effective manner. This division provides all office support services to Town Departments including mail processing and central reception under the supervision of the Director of Purchasing and Administrative Services.
Mail processing inter-office as well as external mail is sorted and delivered to each department and their outgoing mail is processed internally. We do bulk, first class presort and Town-wide mailings, dependent on User Department needs. We assess the most cost effective method and encourage User Departments to take advantage of the savings.
Reception Information Desk
The Reception Information Desk answers telephone calls as well as greeting visitors, providing information about Town government and directing people to the appropriate departments that can best serve their needs. The Receptionist is also responsible for booking conference rooms for outside Not for Profit groups and scheduling the use of the Town pool cars.
Town Hall Facility Policy
Administrative Services has implemented a new Town Hall Facility Policy. The Town Hall Meeting Facility Policy, Application/Use of Facilities, Indemnification/Hold Harmless Form and Meeting Room Layout Options are now available.
All applications and forms must be completed and notarized where indicated and a copy of the organization’s 501(c)3 and certificate of insurance must be included. Organizations can have the forms notarized at Town Hall. Documents can be notarized at no cost at the Reception Desk.
