Combined Notice of Finding of No Significant Impact and Notice of Intent to Request Release of Funds - Neighbor to Neighbor
The Community Development Office has completed an Environmental Assessment (EA) for CDBG-funded activities related to the construction of a new headquarters for Neighbor to Neighbor at 248 East Putnam Avenue. A draft of the EA is available for review in the Community Development Office, 101 Field Point Road, Greenwich, CT.
Request for Proposals - Consulting Services
The Community Development Office has issued a request for proposals for consulting services to complete an Analysis of Impediments ("AI") to Fair Housing in the Town of Greenwich. The AI is a requirement of the Department of Housing and Urban Development and must be submitted with the Town's updated Consolidated Plan in 2020.
Responses/proposals are due to the Community Development Office, 101 Field Point Road, Greenwich, CT by 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 31, 2019.
2019 Community Development Block Grant Program
The application period for the Program Year 2019 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program has closed. Anyone wishing to provide input on the Town of Greenwich's Program Year 2019 Annual Action Plan may do so at public hearings to be held on March 13, 2019 and April 23, 2019, or via the citizen input sheet available below. Program Year 2019 begins July 1, 2019 and ends June 30, 2020.
2019 Neighborhood Assistance Act Program
2019 Neighborhood Assistance Program applications are now available. Applications must be returned to the Community Development Office by April 29, 2019. The Town of Greenwich will then submit approved applications to the State of Connecticut Department of Revenue Services prior to July 1, 2019. The Town will hold a public hearing on the 2019 NAA Program at the May 9, 2019 meeting of the Board of Selectmen, 10:00 a.m., Town Hall Meeting Room.
2018 Neighborhood Assistance Act Program
The State of Connecticut Department of Revenue Services has released the names of proposals awarded funding in connection with its 2018 Neighborhood Assistance Act Program. More information about the NAA Program may be found here.
