Community Needs Assessment/Consolidated Plan Survey
The Town of Greenwich is preparing its Five Year Consolidated Plan that outlines housing and community development needs and strategies to be addressed via the Town’s allocation of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (U.S. HUD). The Consolidated Plan will cover the period July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2025. The Town is asking community stakeholders – including residents, service providers and businesses – to provide their perspective on critical needs in the community, and to prioritize needs among the following categories: community services, special needs services, public/community facilities, housing, business, infrastructure, neighborhood services and fair housing. Please click here to take the survey.
If you experience any difficulties completing the survey online please contact the Community Development Office at 230-622-3791, or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
