Greenwich C.A.R.E. (Community Agencies for Resiliency and Empowerment) is a collaboration between local community agencies in the Greenwich area. Greenwich C.A.R.E. works to meet the needs of residents with mental health, substance use, and/or homelessness related concerns who have contact with the Greenwich Police Department (GPD).
Currently, representatives from GPD, the Greenwich Department of Human Services, Family Centers Health Care, the Commission on Aging, the F.S. DuBois Center (DMHAS), Liberation Programs, Inc., and Pacific House, Inc. are part of Greenwich C.A.R.E.
