September 8th Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting

PUBLIC NOTICE

 

Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at 7 P.M. a Virtual Public Hearing will be held by the Planning and Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Greenwich to hear appeals from decisions of the Zoning Enforcement Officer, applications to approve special exceptions, and applications to vary the Building Zone Regulations as amended in the following matters:

No. 1    PLZE202100041  315 STANWICH ROAD, GREENWICH.  Appeal of Steven and Ariella Feldman for a variance of side yard setback to permit the installation of a new pool and patio on a lot located in the RA-2 zone. The applicant has requested this item be continued to a later meeting.

            

 

No. 2    PLZE202100042  169 EAST ELM STREET, GREENWICH.  Appeal of Joel M. Field, III. for a variance of street side yard setback to permit an addition to an existing porch on a dwelling located in the R-6 zone. Presentation material, click here.
