The Building Inspection Division is currently open for public visits and will be accepting permit applications by in-person visits and by e-mail.

Changes to Building Permit and Inspection Process

Inspections are made by building, electrical, plumbing and HVAC inspectors at critical stages of construction to ensure compliance with all applicable codes.
- Effective April 8, 2019 new fees will be charged for Special Events permits requiring inspection outside of regular business hours. Click here for more information.
