Residents may apply for a OnePass by following the steps below. Your OnePass must be renewed annually by verifying your residency beginning each January 1. If residency has already been submitted and verified for the year, proceed to step 2.
Seniors are exempt from providing proof of residency each year if they have a valid Senior OnePass Park option as that pass is ACTIVE for a five-year cycle currently January 1, 2020-December 31, 2024. Seniors are required to purchase/renew other pass options each year, Tennis & Pickleball, Golf and Marine (documentation required).
STEP 1: Sign-in & Verify Residency.
Don't have a Greenwich resident account? Click here to register for a household ID. Upon registration, you will receive a household ID and sign-in to upload residency documents. Once your residency has been verified, you may sign-in and purchase pass options.
The most expeditious way to verify residency is by requesting verification through existing Town records OR uploading acceptable proofs of residency.

Once residency documents are received, please allow up to 5 business days, (times vary based on current volumes) to receive a return email from our office confirming your residency documents have been verified along with your account number, and WebTrac sign in instructions. In the event that there is an issue, an email will provide further instructions.
