Town of Greenwich Subdivision Regulations, for an additional ninety (90) days to
file the approved Subdivision Plan with the Town Clerk, for application PLZE 2019
00460, approved at the November, 13,2019 meeting, to divide A property located at
10 South End Court in the R-12 zone, into two (2) building lots where Lot 1 would be
20,196.91 sq. ft. and Lot 2 would be 19,382.84 sq. ft.
