No. 2 PLZE20200038 6 SMITH ROAD, GREENWICH.Appeal of 6 Smith Road Nominee Real Estate Trust for variances of side and front yard setback to permit the placement of a new transformer on a property located in the RA-1 zone.
No. 3 PLZE202000039 321 WEST PUTNAM AVENUE, GREENWICH.Appeal of Miller Partners, LLC. for a variance of side yard setback and special exception approval to permit an addition to an existing automotive dealership building located in the GB zone.
No. 4 PLZE202000041 55 BUCKFIELD LANE, GREENWICH.Appeal of John Lipman for a variance of rear yard setback to permit the placement of a new generator on a property located in the RA-4 zone.
