We have configured our Town Zoom account for legal compliance and security, so our meetings may not be the same as other Zoom meetings you may have attended. Create a Town of Greenwich Zoom account with or without a Webinar license.
Notify Town Zoom account holders of updates and feature changes.
Set up Software and Hardware on standard IT-purchased workstations, laptops, and iPads.
Schedule Zoom Host training and Content Steward training for Virtual Meeting pages and posting recordings.
Provide documentation for self-guided set-up on personal devices.
