No. 1 PLZE202000023 10 HILLSIDE ROAD, GREENWICH.Appeal of The Town of Greenwich for a variance of allowable height to permit the construction of new bleachers with press box and elevator tower on a Town property located in the R-20 zone.
No. 2 PLZE202000024 510 VALLEY ROAD, GREENWICH.Appeal of Scott and Kristen Studwell for a variance of side yard setback to permit the installation of new pool and patio on a property located in the RA-1 zone.
No. 3 PLZE202000025A 101 LOCKWOOD ROAD, RIVERSIDE.Appeal of Rebecca Mckeown for a special exception approval to permit the addition of a second floor onto an existing detached garage located in the R-12 Zone.
