Virtual P&Z Commission Meetings

The Planning & Zoning Commission will be holding virtual meetings via Zoom until further notice. Our upcoming meetings will follow the 2023 meeting schedule.

    • Jonathan Weiner, Trustee; application PLPZ 2023 00147, for a pre-application review, pursuant to Sections 6-13 through 6-17, and Section 6-22 of the Town of Greenwich Building Zone Regulations, and Connecticut General Statutes 7-159 b, to propose modification of the Declaration of Non-Development Covenants and Restrictions on-site in order to permit installation of a 22’ x 25’ 5” deck , on a 1.89-acre property located at 58 Dawn Harbor Lane in the RA-1 zone.

  • Town of Greenwich; application PLPZ 2022 00165, for a Municipal Improvement, to renew a lease agreement with Greenwich Arts Council, Inc. to use the facility on a 0.5069-acre parcel located at 299 Greenwich Avenue in the CGBR and CGIO zones.

  • Town of Greenwich; application PLPZ 2022 00166, for a Final Site Plan, to renew a lease agreement with Greenwich Arts Council, Inc. to use the facility on a 0.5069-acre parcel located at 299 Greenwich Avenue in the CGBR and CGIO zones.

  • 4 Chasmar Road, LLC; application PLPZ 2023 00133, for a Final Subdivision, to demolish the existing house, subdivide a 18,821 sq. ft. lot into two parcels where Parcel “A” will equal 7,550 sf and Parcel “B” will equal 8,446 sf, with a set aside of 2,825 sf (Open Space Parcel P), and construct two single family homes on a property located at 4 Chasmar Road in the R-7 zone.

  • D & F Holdings LLC; application PLPZ 2023 00059, for a Final Subdivision, to create three (3) lots, one 71,640 sq. ft. lot (Lot A), one 68,792 sq. ft. lot (Lot B) and one 67,351 sq. ft. lot (Lot C), and a 36,721 sq. ft. open space parcel from a 5.612-acre property located at 137 Doubling Road in the RA-1 zone.

  • Railroad Avenue Realty & Development LLC; application PLPZ 2023 00029, for a Preliminary Site Plan and Special Permit, to construct a new 23,889.85 sq. ft. four-story, mixed use commercial and 17-unit moderate-income residential building, where three of the units, (17%) would be moderate income dwelling units on a 0.76-acres parcel, located at 281 Railroad Avenue, and 0 Woodland Drive, in the GB, R-6, P and CGIO Zones.

  • 240 GA, LLC; application PLPZ 2023 00163, for a Final Site Plan and Special Permit, to construct a 40,844 sq. ft., 4-story, 40-unit assisted housing development, of which 8 units will be designated as affordable based on the “area” (not “State”) median income, pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes Section 8-30g and with funding from the Affordable Housing Trust Fund, on a 1.32-acre property located at 240 Greenwich Avenuein the CGB, CGBR, and CGIO zones.
