This page is intended to provide information on the coronavirus disease 2019 (abbreviated “COVID-19”) and how it is impacting our community. Conditions and information regarding COVID-19 are constantly evolving and we will update this page as often as possible - so please check back frequently or sign-up to receive COVID-19 related updates. There is a lot of misinformation being spread about COVID-19, so please consider the sources of information. Below, we have a listed of trusted and dependable resources for COVID-19 information.
It can be challenging, but the most important action we can take during a situation like this is to remain calm, treat people with kindness, and follow these basic steps to prevent COVID-19.
OPERATING STATUS
Town services are operating in a limited capacity. Email the department to see if your service can be completed online, via telephone, or by mail. If you need a Town service, please first visit the Department’s webpage for specific information. Please check individual department webpages as many have been updated with specific information about their services.

Town Hall | OPEN 8am - 1pm 1pm to 4pm BY APPOINTMENT ONLY | A face mask is required to enter the building. Website and email are the preferred methods of communication during this time. Due to high call and email volumes, and modified staffing operations, please allow for additional time in our responses. |

Please consider Town parks and beaches closed unless noted in the table above. Closures include basketball courts, playgrounds, ball fields, school grounds, and open spaces. Bathrooms at all recreational facilities are closed unless posted otherwise.
The Town’s Emergency Operations Center (EOC) is OPEN and operating under a PARTIAL ACTIVATION.

Reporting Non-Emergency COVID-19 Activity Concerns
If you are concerned about an activity or an organization not following guidelines issued through COVID-19 related Executive Orders and emergency declarations, please call the Greenwich Police Department’s non-emergency phone number at 203-622-8004. Please save 9-1-1 for real emergency situations. Do not hesitate to call 9-1-1 if you are experiencing an emergency.
