Woman's Self-Defense Class, Fall 2019


The Greenwich Police Department is currently accepting applications for the 2019 Fall Women’s Self Defense Class. The 5-week program is open to female applicants between 18-55 years of age. 

Session 1 meets twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00PM to7:15PM. 

Session 2 meets twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30PM to8:45PM. 

Each session is limited to twenty students. 

The class begins on September17, 2019 and graduation is tentatively scheduled for October 17, 2019. 

The Women’s Self-Defense Classenables participants to learn proven techniques that will both bolster theirconfidence in self-defense situations and help them overcome physical andpsychological challenges. Instructors for the program are highly-trained andexperienced Greenwich Police Officers.
