Permit Process Improvement

The Town of Greenwich is actively working to improve the customer experience for the permitting application process. The Town partnered with KJR Consulting to conduct a customer survey and process analysis of the permitting application process across all involved Town departments. We thank the community for their input. On July 16, 2018, we presented our findings and plan for improvement.
