The Town of Greenwich Information Technology Department delivers and supports technology tools and capabilities that help improve the quality of life for Town residents. It does this directly through the operations of a GIS Office for the public, technical support of the Town Hall website, support of resident telephones at Nathaniel Witherell, and support of e-mail services for residents who volunteer their time conducting Town business on boards, commissions, and the RTM. The Information Technology Department also serves the residents indirectly through partnerships with other departments in the Town’s general government by providing five key services to Town business users: IT Operations, Telephone Support, Geographic Information Services, Website Services, and Technology Solutions.
