Document Submittal – To submit documents to complete previously submitted and pending permit applications or to comply with permit conditions for issued permits for the purpose of obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy, email documents to email@example.com. When received, if document is not suitable for staff to print you will be notified by return email to mail the document[s].
Permit Status - Questions regarding permit status of pending permits or issued permits for the purpose of obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy/Compliance shall be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org , you will receive a return email response.
The Division is currently making inspections, however, be advised-the Division's automated phone call-in system is no longer in service. All requests for inspections must me made via email to email@example.com

These email requests will be screened by staff to ensure the job site will be abiding by the recommended CDC social distancing guidelines and the applicant will be contacted by email to verify compliance to same prior to scheduling inspection

The Sewer Division will be temporarily revising their sewer inspections as follows: Starting the week of December 7th, all Sewer inspections will be scheduled and performed on Tuesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 7 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Please continue to schedule your inspections directly with our Environmental Asset Engineer, Al Romano at 203-622-0963 ext. 5. If you have an emergency repair that requires inspection, please contact Al Romano directly for further direction. We thank you for your patience, cooperation and understanding at this time.
