Document Submittal – To submit documents to complete previously submitted and pending permit applications or to comply with permit conditions for issued permits for the purpose of obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy, email documents to firstname.lastname@example.org. When received, if document is not suitable for staff to print you will be notified by return email to mail the document[s]. Documents can now also be submitted in person between the hours of 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM daily, or mailed to the Division of Building Inspection, DPW, 101 Field Point Road, Greenwich CT 06830.
Permit Status - Questions regarding permit status of pending permits or issued permits for the purpose of obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy/Compliance shall be emailed to email@example.com , you will receive a return email response.
STARTING ON OCTOBER 18, 2021 YOU WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO SCHEDULE INSPECTIONS USING OUR NEW CITY SQUARED PORTAL. The firstname.lastname@example.org e-mail will no longer be in service for scheduling inspections. You must schedule using the City Squared portal. http://www.citysquared.com
